I have spent some months now enamored with the realization that I have only one body, one temple and I am passionately learning how to take care of it. Yoga is a treasure to me . The more I dare to dig, the many more gems at all levels I discover. If my body is a kind of laboratory, I am delighted with the idea to mix all the right ingredients to go WITH nature and to cultivate it like the most precious plant.
I feel more and more peaceful, and this brings the right type of strength which does not come from resistance but from clarity of mind, and especially, it brings HUMILITY and DIGNITY into my life.
I feel thankful and inspired to share it with those who may connect and experience the same sublime miracles.
